Animal Welfare & Rescue

Animal Welfare & Rescue is a Foundation-administered pillar focused on charitable support for vulnerable animals through qualified nonprofit shelters, rescue partners, licensed veterinary relationships, and approved vendors. The program is designed to begin California-first while remaining capable of broader U.S. partner support when the Foundation has verified mission fit, partner capacity, and compliant use of funds. Support may include shelter operations assistance, lifesaving supplies, approved veterinary interventions, foster-network infrastructure, and emergency rescue coordination. The Foundation retains full discretion over all allocations, and program descriptions communicate mission intent rather than donor-directed control.

Mental Health & Wellness Access

Mental Health & Wellness Access is a Foundation-administered pillar focused on charitable support for licensed counseling, behavioral-health access, mood-support services, wellness pathways, and related referral infrastructure through verified providers and approved partners. The Foundation does not provide diagnoses, therapy, psychiatric treatment, or clinical recommendations directly. Instead, it may support access through provider payments, partner-coordinated referrals, approved screenings, intake pathways, and other documented care-access channels that align with charitable purpose and applicable law.

Acts of Kindness Foundation General Fund

The Foundation General Fund is a charitable support line for flexible, Foundation-administered allocations across Board-approved program priorities. Donors may give without designating a specific program slug; however, gifts remain subject to the Foundation's exclusive charitable discretion, governing documents, and applicable law. The Foundation publishes aggregate impact and stewardship information in line with its transparency commitments. This program exists parallel to named program lines so payment-rail creation, registry evidence, and approvals can be logged like any other program row.

How we work

Built for trust. Designed for impact.

Foundation-administered

Every dollar stays under Foundation oversight. We manage allocation, pay vendors directly, and maintain full documentation.
