When you give through this website, you are supporting Acts of Kindness Foundation. Partners may host checkout or process cards—but the charitable relationship is with the Foundation.
Payment processing and hosted checkout
- Card payments are processed by established, PCI-compliant payment providers (including Stripe where applicable). Card numbers are not collected or stored on this website's servers.
- Donation checkout may be embedded on this site under Foundation configuration. Card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS). Your gift is to the Foundation; service providers supply software and processing—not charitable receipts in their own name unless separately stated.
- A secondary PayPal-hosted general fund path (including Venmo where PayPal offers it) may appear on select pages. Those gifts are made to Acts of Kindness Foundation through PayPal's charity flow; receipt and tax documentation follow PayPal's terms for that channel.
- Acts of Kindness Foundation is enrolled in PayPal Giving Fund. Donations made through certain partner platforms (including some corporate giving portals) may be processed as recommendations to PayPal Giving Fund and disbursed to the Foundation per PPGF policies. PPGF does not charge charities fees for its grant services; partner platforms may disclose separate fees at checkout.
- Partner terms and privacy notices may apply to their portions of the checkout flow.
