The Community Garden Initiative supports these spaces through verified local partners — providing construction materials, seeds, tools, and food education programming so communities can build lasting food resilience from the ground up.

The Community Garden Initiative supports community garden development, maintenance, and food education programming through verified local partners and approved vendors. The Foundation provides construction materials, raised bed supplies, seeds, soil, tools, irrigation support, and food education coordination for community garden sites that meet program criteria. All support is delivered through Foundation-approved channels — no cash is transferred to individuals. Community partners apply through a structured intake process that includes site assessments, local government or property owner approvals, and capacity documentation.
