The Foundation retains full discretion over the use and distribution of funds, which may support charitable assistance, program delivery, verification, reporting, and related operations.

Acts of Kindness Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN): 41-5261893. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult qualified tax advisors about their own situations. Beginning in 2026, some donors who take the standard deduction may be eligible for a limited charitable deduction for qualifying cash gifts to qualified charities, subject to IRS rules and individual eligibility.
