Depression Care & Counseling Access
When someone is carrying persistent sadness, exhaustion, hopelessness, or loss of motivation, even the first step toward help can feel far away. Then cost, provider shortages, or referral confusion make it even harder. Depression Care & Counseling Access exists to reduce those barriers through Foundation-administered support for licensed counseling and mood-support pathways, so that financial strain is not the only thing standing between a person and appropriate care.
Depression can disrupt work, family life, physical health, and basic daily stability. When cost or access barriers delay care, this program helps create a responsible path toward licensed support.
The Foundation does not diagnose or treat depression. Support is structured through licensed counseling providers, verified clinical partners, and documented referral pathways.
Every approved use of funds must remain clear, charitable, and publicly explainable: provider payments, assessment pathways, counseling access, and related support that helps people reach appropriate care.
