Food Security & Pantry Support
Provides ongoing access to nutritious groceries and essential household items through verified pantry partners and direct supplier payments. This evergreen program addresses the daily reality of food insecurity — not as a one-time event, but as sustained, accountable support aligned with real community need. All assistance is Foundation-administered with full discretion over allocation and is subject to program capacity and verified need.
Rapid Disaster Response & Recovery
Deploys fast, verified assistance after disasters through local partners and approved vendors. Regional and event-specific initiatives — storms, wildfires, floods, extreme heat — activate under this program with clear criteria, verified need, and Foundation oversight. This is accountable emergency giving.
Back-to-School Boost
The Back-to-School Boost is a seasonal initiative under the Foundation’s Education & Youth Access pillar. Each summer, the Foundation distributes new backpacks, grade-specific school supply kits, and learning essentials through verified school districts and education nonprofit partners across Riverside County. All supplies are purchased directly by the Foundation from approved vendors — no cash is distributed to families. Distribution is coordinated through school partnership agreements to ensure supplies reach students with the greatest documented need before the academic year begins. Assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to program capacity, available inventory, and verified need.
